Confirmed the adequation of gamification to Millennials and to the Internet natives workforce.

Confirmed the sensitive and somewhat volatile nature of gamification impact.

Gamification cannot be “switched on”, it is a managerial process that performs best when leveraging a participative style of management that empowers teams to endorse legitimate objectives and shape and control their game.

Rewards can be integrated effectively in gamification as long as they remain relatively minor and are not over-emphasized.

The Age of Privacy has arrived

“The data subject shall have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller shall have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay” – Article 17

“Where processing is based on consent, the controller shall be able to demonstrate that the data subject has consented to process of his or her personal data.” – Article 7

“The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time… It shall be as easy to withdraw as to give consent.” – Article 7

Information to be provided where personal data have not been obtained from the data subject

• The identity and the contact details of the controller and, where applicable, of the controller’s representative;
• The contact details of the data protection officer, where applicable;
• The purposes of the processing for which the personal data are intended as well as the legal basis for the
